ASONGO ABRAHAM IORKAA
Head, Credit
Asongo joined Standard MFB on September 1, 2008 and has served in various positions. Asongo earned his B.Sc. in
Statistics/Computer Science and Masters Degree in Operations Research from University of Agriculture Makurdi and
Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola respectively. He is a CBN Certified Microfinance professional Banker and a
member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
UBA MOHAMMED
Head Operations & IT
Uba is one of the pioneer employees of SMFB. He joined the Bank as MIS officer in 2008 and rose through the ranks. In
addition to heading Operations and IT , UBa is the Head of Jimeta Cluster. Uba obtained a Diploma in Public Administration
and has his graduate in Business Management. He is also a CBN Certified Micro Finance professional.
GRACE PIUS DAH
Head Internal Control
Grace is a graduate in Business Administration and holds a Diploma in Accountancy. She joined SMFB in 2011. Before
joining SMFB she worked in the Cooperative and Rural Development Bank and Bank of Agriculture; two leading
development banks of Nigeria.
SHUAIBU SAID
Cluster Head, Ganye
Shuaibu Said holds a degree in Business Administration in addition to a Diploma in Public Administration. He currently
Heads Ganye Cluster. Before joining SMFB, Shuaibu worked with Taraba MicroFinance Bank Jalingo and Bank PhB Plc, He is
a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Chartered Institute Of Loan And Risk Management of
Nigeria
ADO ALHAJI MIJINYAWA
Cluster Head, MUbi
Ado Mijinyawa is one of the pioneer employees of SMFB , having joined in 2008. He rose through the ranks to be a part of
the management team. In his long career with SMFB he has worked in different roles in different Branches. He has won
several best performance awards in the Bank. Ado holds a diploma in Accountancy
