SMFB has partnered with Green Light Planet, to sell their Sunking brand of solar products. Green Light Planet is the world leader in
solar lamps, solar powered mobile chargers and other solar gadgets. The partnership, the first of its kind in Adamawa will enable
SMFB to light Adamawa villages, most of which are off grid

Gotel TV aired a documentary on SMFB’s great success in sustainably assisting small holder farmers. Our customers share their
experience in the documentary. Gotel TV is a leading broadcaster of Nigeria.

Clean Energy Project of SMFB off to a Great Start.

The project kicked off with sales of solar lamps in collaboration with Green Light Planet, the global leaders in solar lamps. The
response has been very encouraging with volumes showing a steady rise. Our field teams are familairising people from hundreds of
villages in Adamawa with the benefits of clean, reliable lighting options which are affordable. Standard Green Loan , a loan product
designed to assist low income customers to acquire solar lamps , has been launched and the response has been promising. Hundreds
of loans have already been disbursed. Soon SMFB will be promoting other clean energy products like solar pumps. Solar pumps would
be a clean and economical irrigation option for farmers of Adamawa.
